Hadscha, Me and the Sky over Pampa

Matti is 16 and has had it with school, parents and lovesickness. He grabs his bike and takes off to the small village in rural East Germany during vacation. He searches for Inka and soon meets old Hadscha Krey with his Moskwitsch, whom he can’t fool. Hadscha turns into a grandfatherly friend – especially when the accident with the refugee boy happens. In the end, Matti not only meets his summer love, but he also knows what he needs to do in order to really be free.
»Truly free «, says Hadscha Krey, »is lastly not the one who can do everything, but rather only the one who is not willing to do what he is against.«
