Forscher_innen des „Instituts für Bildungs- und Versorgungsforschung im Gesundheitsbereich der Hochschule Bielefeld“ (InBVG) und des „Institute Industrial IT der Technischen Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe“ (inIT) haben das Ziel verfolgt, die Vereinbarkeit von Pflege und Beruf und damit die Situation für pflegende Erwerbstätige zu verbessern. Im Rahmen des EU-geförderten Forschungsprojekts „work & care“ konnte in diesem Kontext ein digitales Tool zur Planung von Versorgungssituationen entwickelt werden, welches zur Ersteinschätzung in einer Pflegesituation dient. Das Tool DigiHelpCare gibt passende Empfehlungen für die weitere Versorgung und/oder mögliche nächste Pflegeschritte u.a. mit Hinweisen auf Pflege- und Gesundheitseinrichtungen. Das Forscher_innenteam hat dieses digitale Instrument im Sinne der Nutzerorientierung für eine bedarfs- und bedürfnisgerechte Versorgung entwickelt und im Rahmen eines Co-Creation-Prozesses als Prototyp umgesetzt. \nResearchers at the Institute for Education and Health Care Research at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences (InBVG) and the Institute Industrial IT at the Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences (inIT) have pursued the goal of improving the compatibility of care and work and thus the situation for employed caregivers. As part of the EU-funded research project “work & care”, a tool for planning supply situations was developed in this context, which serves as an initial assessment in a care situation. This tool DigiHelpCare provides suitable recommendations for further care and/or possible next care steps with references to, for example, care and healthcare facilities and service providers. The research team developed this digital tool in the sense of user orientation for needs-based care and implemented as a prototype as part of a co-creation process.
