Zusammenfassung

Das Projekt der Professionalisierung Sozialer Arbeit hat in den letzten Dekaden eine große Aufmerksamkeit erhalten. Fachlichkeit und Methodenkompetenz gelten als zentrale Kategorien gegenwärtiger Professionalisierungsbemühungen in Ausbildung und Praxis. Dennoch soll in diesem Beitrag nicht der Frage nach dem "richtigen" Wissen der Professionellen nachgegangen werden, sondern die Frage nach den Wissensordnungen professioneller Praxis steht im Vordergrund. Damit wird der Blick frei für die Relevanz der Prozesse der Institutionalisierung professionellen Handelns. Dieses geschieht immer in einem sozial vorstrukturierten Raum, unterliegt Interaktions- und Wissensordnungen und ist damit machtvolle Praxis. Der vorliegende Beitrag eröffnet theoretische Fragmente einer reflexiven Positionsbestimmung von Sozialer Arbeit als notwendiger Rahmen ihrer Professionalisierung. -- Over the last few decades, the project for the professionalization of social work has received a lot of attention. Knowledge and understanding and sound practical skills are considered the central categories of the current efforts towards professionalization in training and practice. However, this article will not deal with the question of the "correct" knowledge of professionals. It will rather focus on the knowledge orders of professional practice, thus opening up the view on the relevance of the processes regarding the institutionalisation of professionalism. This will always take place in a socially pre-structured environment and will be subject to interaction and knowledge orders, thus being powerful practice. The following article will present theoretic fragments of a reflexive positioning of social work as a necessary framework for its professionalization. -- --
